We are offering a series of two online webinars aimed at those who are nearing the end of their PhD journey. The workshops will cover the final phase of the thesis writing process, the administrative processes of submitting the thesis, the examination process, and life after the PhD journey.

The topics to be covered in the first session are:

Finishing the Thesis Writing

• The thesis structure
• Ending your story – when is it done?
• Time planning / drawing up a timeline
• Final comments from the supervisor
• Final revisions
• Editing and proofreading
• Q&A

Submitting the Thesis (administrative processes)

• Form: Intention to submit
• Using Peoplesoft/GRM to upload
• Turnitin requirement + process
• Q&A

Following on from the above, the second session will cover topics related to:

• The Examination Process
• Endings and Beginnings (moving on after the PhD)

Participants may register for one or both webinars – the content in each differs from the other, and the intention is for participants to attend both, but we understand if that is not possible.
