ONLINE: Jump starting your thesis proposal (Part Two)
Start writing your proposal using your faculty/departmental proposal template.
This cross disciplinary workshop is open to all faculties. It facilitates writing your formal Masters/PhD proposal.
By the end of the workshop you will have checked the strength of your argument/hypothesis and assumptions, and get answers on any questions that the writing has raised. This session is particularly to test the strength of your arguments, assumptions and conclusions, and to see if these are accounted for in your draft proposal. It is a practical session, so please bring a single-sided printout of your proposal, even if you've only written one page. We will be working with mapping concepts to plot your thesis against the proposal template. Please note that ethics sections are discussed, but are not for completion in this workshop.
You must bring your laptops, your supervisor approved topic, and argument statement, and a list of any literature titles you have researched, if you have done some kind of literature search.
