This 2 1/2 day residential retreat is aimed specifically at Master's and PhD students who have already submitted their thesis for examination and who are waiting for the outcome.

The retreat will focus on choosing an appropriate journal, adjusting parts of your thesis in line with the journal requirements and preparing a draft for submission.

Students from all disciplines are invited to book, and due disciplinary emphasis will be offered to Social Sciences / Humanities / Law as well as Science / EBE / Health Sciences students. The retreat can take a maximum of 20, so book early.

Our office will cover accommodation and meals at the venue as well as transport to and from Wellington on the first and last days. 

Only students who have submitted their theses will be considered.
