HYBRID: Writing about Data (Science)

About this workshop

This workshop will guide students through the considerations, principles, and process of writing up their research, from methods to conclusions, with a focus on developing alignment across sections.

  • Describing methods
  • Presenting results
  • Discussing your findings
  • Developing a conclusion

This workshop (4 of 6) can be attended as a ‘standalone’ session; however, it is most valuably experienced as part of the full series, which navigates through the research process.

What previous attendees have said about this workshop:

  • "I will suggest you create more awareness of the workshop for all post-graduate students. I just lucky to hear about it from a friend."
  • "Keep up the good work!!"

NB: If you wish to attend in person and have disability access requirements, please email disabilityservice@uct.ac.za and CC pgdevelopment@uct.ac.za to arrange the appropriate services, where available.
