ONLINE: Postgrad Wellbeing 101: Resilience and Resourcefulness: Key Self-Management Skills for Postgraduate Success
About the webinar
This webinar aims to explore common challenges experienced by Postgraduate students across all levels of study, especially in the dissertation stage of their studies, and ways of overcoming them. As a new or returning postgraduate student, we encourage you to join us as we delve into this all-important topic and learn more about the postgraduate journey from a mental health viewpoint. You will also have the opportunity to pose questions to a mental health professional who will offer insight and guidance on pursuing a balanced path to success.
This webinar is new in the OPGS suite of offerings and we hope that it will develop into a series to aide you on the path to academic success. Please be sure to complete the evaluation after attending, as your feedback and input will help to shape this and future offerings in the series.
