IN PERSON: Black Women in Science Information Session
About this workshop
Black Women in Science (BWIS) is an emerging researchers programme that aims to encourage women participation in STEM careers. We aim to contribute to the quality of science graduates entering the professional, business and academic sectors. Black women scientists are encouraged to join the fellowship programme where they can be capacitated with writing, business, and science communication skills. They also have the option to form part of the BWIS network, where they will be able to participate in webinars, events and workshops that will promote the interest of black women in science.
