Teaching and lecturing skills development [for postdoctoral fellows]

Teaching during your postdoc

Joining higher education as an academic has historically involved obtaining a research qualification, as academics have not been required to undertake formal learning about their role as teachers.  Many postdocs have an interest in teaching, and value opportunities to develop their capacity in this area - this workshop seeks to provide just such an opportunity.
